PANHA is a safe and anonymous platform dedicated to supporting individuals dealing with trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles. With the help of a robust 10,000-strong peer support community and a team of over 100 changemakers, PANHA offers emotional support through a confidential chat platform, peer listening services, and professional counseling sessions. The organization addresses challenges such as relationship trauma, academic pressure, anxiety, depression, and financial stress. PANHA's vision is to reduce suicide rates, while also providing free services for individuals who have experienced harassment or stalking. Through fostering connection and healing, PANHA aims to create a more empathetic and supportive world.
Role Description
This is an internship role for a Founder's Office Intern. The intern will assist with operational tasks, research, and project coordination, as well as provide support for strategic initiatives led by the founder. Responsibilities include managing schedules, drafting reports, communicating with stakeholders, and participating in brainstorming sessions. This is a hybrid role based in Rohini, with opportunities to work remotely on some tasks as mutually agreed upon.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis
- Support marketing campaigns and growth experiments
- Contribute to sales outreach and partnerships
- Handle operations and execution tasks across teams
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Act as an execution bridge between founder and team
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing schedules, reports, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to conduct market research and contribute to strategic initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving, critical thinking, and willingness to adapt to dynamic work environments
- Passion for mental health advocacy and the values of empathy and peer support
