Founder's office - Intern

Tradyon is building an AI platform for traders that helps them find buyers, qualify leads, and automate operations. We are early, fast-moving, and looking for a high-ownership intern to solve problems across marketing, ops, and product.

What You'll Do

• Run quick growth experiments (LinkedIn, outreach hacks)

• Fix operational bottlenecks and set up simple processes

• Support product research and user discovery

• Build decks, dashboards, or anything that moves the company forward

What We're Looking For

• High ownership and bias for action

• Structured thinking - break chaos into steps

• Hustle - figure things out with minimal hand-holding

• Curiosity to work across marketing, ops, and product

• Comfort with data & spreadsheets
