Sort My Living is a global student accommodation platform helping international students find verified housing near top universities in Sydney, London, Manchester, Dubai, and beyond. We're building fast, thinking big, and we want people around us who do the same.

The Role

This is not a support role. This is a build role.

The Founder's Office Intern will work directly with the founder with a primary focus on marketing from content and social strategy to campaigns and brand positioning. You'll also get visibility into sales, partnerships, and operations as they intersect with growth.

If you want to understand how a brand is built from nothing, and you're willing to own things end-to-end, this role will teach you more in 3 months than most jobs do in a year.

What You'll Work On

Marketing (Primary)

• Build and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn
• Write copy for posts, campaigns, outreach, and brand communications
• Research content ideas, track trends, and develop creative concepts
• Coordinate with designers on content production and visual output
• Assist with email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Track platform performance and generate weekly insights

Founder's Office (Cross-Functional)

• Support the founder on strategic briefs, decks, and partner-facing documents
• Research new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities
• Assist with lead tracking, CRM hygiene, and cross-team coordination
• Own projects end-to-end identify the problem, propose the solution, execute it

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate or final-year student any discipline
• Should know Canva and basic editing skills.
• Based in Mumbai or able to commute regularly
