About Orange Sugar

Orange Sugar is a premium D2C kidswear brand built on the belief that what touches a child's skin matters. We engineer comfort-first, fabric-led clothing for kids across our own website and marketplaces like Myntra, FirstCry, Amazon, and Nykaa Fashion. We're a small, fast-moving team building a category-defining brand and are looking for someone who wants to be in the thick of it.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership, no-hand-holding role. You'll work directly with the founders across growth, strategy, and operations. If you're someone who gets excited about figuring things out, moving fast, and seeing your work translate into real business outcomes, this is for you.

What You'll Do

Growth and Partnerships

  • Identify and reach out to potential brand collaborators, influencers, and community partners
  • Map and track partnership opportunities across complementary D2C brands, parenting communities, and platforms
  • Support execution of collab campaigns end to end, from first outreach to go-live

Experiments and New Initiatives

  • Work with the founders to design and run structured growth experiments across channels
  • Track experiment outcomes, document learnings, and recommend next steps
  • Help explore new revenue or distribution opportunities as they arise

Business Intelligence and Dashboards

  • Build and maintain dashboards that give the team a clear view of sales, channel performance, and key business metrics
  • Pull data from Shopify, marketplace portals, and other sources to create weekly and monthly business reviews
  • Surface insights proactively rather than waiting to be asked

Founder Support

  • Prepare decks, memos, and research briefs for investor conversations, brand meetings, and strategic decisions
  • Own coordination on cross-functional tasks that span marketing, ops, and product
  • Be the connective tissue across workstreams when things need to move quickly

Who We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong with data: comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally familiar with tools like Shopify analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or any BI tool
  • A clear, concise writer who can put together a crisp brief or a well-structured deck
  • Someone who takes initiative without being asked twice
  • Genuinely curious about brands, consumer behaviour, and building things from scratch
