Founder's Office Intern (Operations & Growth)

We're hiring a Founder's Office Intern at Curomates, a fast growing consumer technology start-up incubated at IIM Bangalore.

You'll work directly with the founders on whatever needs to get done, including:

• Social media management
• Competitive research
• General operations and growth projects
• Interviewing and onboarding new listener partners
• Managing applicant pipelines

What we're looking for:

• Smart, reliable, and proactive
• Graphic design skills (image/video)
• Someone who can speak English, Hindi and Tamil
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident handling outbound calls to applicants
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Based in Mumbai (preferred)

Stipend: ₹10,000/month

This is a 3-6 month internship. High performers may be offered a full time role after the internship.
