Founder s Office Intern - Hospitality & Experiences

Work directly with a founder building a hospitality brand — not on slides, on the ground.

Rangmanch Farms is a 20-acre experiential theme park cum resort and farm-stay destination about 30 minutes from Delhi (via Dwarka Expressway). We've rooms for staycation, 80+ activities, conference facilities, and fast-growing corporate-offsite and school-programme business.

We are hiring a Founder's Office Intern (fresh graduates / 1-2 years experience) to be the founder's execution partner.

What you will own

• The founder's calendar and the follow-through system - every decision tracked and chased to closure

• Special projects end-to-end: research, comparisons, pilots, launches, one-page decision notes

• Support in high-stakes event coordination, preparation and execution

• Support in marketing collateral preparation, printing, and execution

• Marketing and social media coordination with our in-house content lead and freelancers

• Partner management: travel agents, Event Management companies, corporate groups and school-programme partners

• New vendor and supplier identification

What we need

• Proof of agency: something you built, ran or organised yourself

• Fresh graduates / 1-2 years of experience

• Strong Hindi and English, working Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp-speed responsiveness with structure

• Comfort with AI tools as daily companion, and a 6-day on-site week near Gurugram (midweek off)

Compensation:

Stipend ₹15–25k/month with a defined conversion path (within 6-8 months).
