For example, a leading D2C brand uses Ratio to reconcile sales in real time - down from 10-14 days of manual work every month.
We're an experienced team, our last startup in the travel industry was acquired by a European OTA. This role is a chance to sit next to the founder and help shape the GTM engine from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Act as an extension of the founder in all GTM efforts.
- From Day 1, reach out to finance leaders at mid-market / enterprise companies: help prep demos, shadow sales calls, assist in closing, onboarding, and customer success.
- Own GTM Ops: maintain CRM, stitch together outbound workflows, test what automation scales, and iterate quickly.
- Document customer insights from calls and share them with the product and engineering team.
- Research prospects: understand their sales channels, finance team structure, and reconciliation pain points before outreach.
Who you are
- Pre-final year / Final year students who can see this internship as a path to a full-time offer in a fast-growing startup.
- Someone naturally inclined toward sales but curious about product and fintech.
- A clear communicator. We want you to raise your hand when stuck and prevent wasted time on silent mistakes.
Bonus points if you
- Have an engineering or commerce background, or a demonstrated ability to think in systems and solve ops problems independently.
- Understand or are curious about accounting, GST, or finance ops workflows in India.
- Are a great listener who can dig deeper to uncover real pain points behind surface-level requests.
- Have familiarity with B2B SaaS sales motions.
