We're looking for ambitious people who want to work directly with founders, take ownership, and help build a company from the ground up.
Role Overview
As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work closely with the Founder on business partnerships, public relations, marketing, brand building, content creation, and strategic growth initiatives.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys communicating, building relationships, creating content, and representing the company externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage B2B partnerships with companies, institutions, startups, OEMs, recyclers, and ecosystem partners.
- Support strategic collaborations, MoUs, and business development initiatives.
- Represent BlackMass Energies in industry events, conferences, networking sessions, and startup ecosystems.
- Help build the company's public image and brand presence.
- Create content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), newsletters, blogs, and company communications.
- Coordinate PR, media outreach, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and industry features.
- Conduct market research and identify partnership opportunities.
- Assist in investor, customer, and stakeholder communications.
- Work directly with the Founder on growth, branding, and special projects.
