This isn't a traditional internship.

You'll work directly with the founding team to build sales pipelines, identify growth opportunities, and solve real business problems. This role is designed for highly driven individuals who want direct startup exposure, steep learning, and the chance to grow into larger responsibilities.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:

• Research founders, CHROs, and hiring leaders at target companies
  
• Build lead pipelines and support outbound growth campaigns
  
• Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence
  
• Create sales collateral, case studies, and strategic materials
  
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, prospecting, and workflows
  
• Execute growth experiments and track measurable results
  
• Support cross-functional founder's office initiatives
  
  

Requirements
