We're hiring 4 interns.

We're not looking for someone who waits around for instructions.

We want smart, confident, extroverted people who can talk to anyone, figure things out and get sh*t done.

You'll work directly with the founder on real projects, not imaginary intern assignments.

What you'll do

• Reach out to experts, creators, communities and potential partners
• Source and shortlist relevant experts across different industries and skill sets
• Build relationships through LinkedIn, X, Slack, Discord and email
• Help manage projects and keep things moving
• Work on partnerships, growth experiments and social media
• Research interesting people, companies and opportunities
• Follow up consistently without becoming annoying
• Turn random founder ideas into clear action plans
• Jump into new problems and find ways to solve them

You'll fit right in if you're

• Extroverted and comfortable starting conversations
• Sharp, curious and good at figuring things out
• A strong communicator who writes like a real human
• Organized enough to handle multiple moving pieces
• Comfortable using Slack, Discord, LinkedIn and X
• Resourceful enough to research, ask questions and find answers
• The kind of person who says, I'll handle it, and actually does
• An intelligent journalist with serious execution energy

You don't need years of experience. You need confidence, curiosity, ownership and the ability to deliver.

The deal

• Month 1: Unpaid probation and learning period
• Months 2 to 4: 10,000 per month
• After that: PPO opportunity based on your performance and business requirements
