Role Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the founder and support core business functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to strategy, operations, branding, research, and client-facing activities within a growing wellness and gifting brand.

Key Responsibilities

Social media management and coordination

Supporting operational requirements and day-to-day business tasks

Assisting with client conversion, communication and basic client management

Conducting market and competitor research

Creating presentations, documents, and reports

Assisting the founder with strategic planning and execution

Supporting planning and execution of gifting and branding initiatives

Using AI tools to enhance research, content creation, and workflow efficiency

Requirements

Prior internship experience is mandatory

Advanced proficiency in tools like Canva

Familiarity with AI software/tools for productivity and content

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities

Comfortable with occasional in-office visits

Interest in wellness, organic products, or gifting industry is a plus

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or recently completed a Bachelor's degree
