Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and ownership-oriented Chief of Staff Intern who thrives in fast-moving environments and is eager to understand how organizations truly operate.

This role is not about task execution alone it is about enabling momentum across hiring, culture, leadership priorities, and execution tracking. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure ideas translate into action and commitments convert into outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

People, Hiring & Culture

Support end-to-end recruitment coordination including sourcing follow-ups and interview scheduling.

Track hiring pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Improve recruitment workflows and documentation processes.

Assist in implementing culture initiatives and internal engagement activities.

Ensure structured follow-ups on hiring and people-related priorities.

Participate in meaningful people conversations and performance discussions.

Execution & Momentum

Track leadership priorities and convert discussions into clear action points.

Ensure deadlines are monitored and responsibilities are clearly assigned.

Identify bottlenecks or misalignment across teams and escalate proactively.

Maintain structured trackers for high-priority initiatives.

Bring clarity to dynamic and fast-changing business situations.

Leadership Bridge

Translate strategic conversations into structured next steps.

Align teams with leadership expectations.

Maintain communication discipline across stakeholders.

Ensure important work does not stall due to lack of follow-up.

You are not a coordinator.

You are an execution enabler.

Requirements

Final-year student or early professional with strong ownership mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

High attention to detail and clarity in documentation.

Willingness to take initiative without waiting for instructions.

Serious interest in people systems, leadership, and organizational operations.
