Position: Founder's Office Intern Business Operations & Strategy (2 Openings)
Location: Remote
Stipend: 20,00030,000/month (First 2 Months)
Full-time Salary: 40,00060,000/month
Start Date: 15th April, 2025
Working Days: Monday to Friday (810 hours/day), Saturday (4 hours)
About the Role
- You'll work directly with the Founders of HubCredo (https://hubcredo.com).
- This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role designed for recent graduates who want to learn business operations, B2B sales, and marketing by doing real work-not watching from the sidelines.
- This role is demanding and requires 810 hours of work daily. Please do not apply if you're not ready for a rigorous effort.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend and handle all internal meetings with the Founders
- Help streamline internal systems, processes, and operations
- Assist in building training modules and SOPs
- Learn and support in B2B sales activities like:
- Lead generation (email + LinkedIn)
- Market and account research
- Email marketing
- Content writing
- Social selling
- Cold calling
Eligibility
- Only apply if you graduated in 2023 or later. (If you graduated before 2023 or are still studying, you're not eligible.)
- Scored 80%+ or 8/10 GPA minimum
- Strong verbal and written English
- Detail-oriented, intelligent, and reliable
- Interested in business, marketing, and process building
- Able to work in remote working environment
- Accountable and Hard working, work as dedicatedly as founders
Growth Path
- First 2 months: Work closely with the Founder
- Post 2 months: Transition to Manager role based on ownership and performance
