Role DescriptionThe Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support strategic initiatives, operations, and special projects across the creator and brand ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams and community members, and assisting in planning events, campaigns, and partnerships. The role will also involve managing documentation, tracking project progress, and providing analytical and administrative support to help drive growth and efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring a strong interest in the creator economy, digital marketing, and startup environments.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing documents, presentations, emails, and stakeholder updates.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support ongoing projects.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and the creator/influencer ecosystem.
- Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) and quick learning of new tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Current student or recent graduate in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; prior internship or startup experience is a plus.
- Genuine interest in communities, internet culture, and building long-term relationships between creators and brands.
