YOU ARE IT IF YOU HAVE:

Experience in core HR functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance management, and employee relations.
Ability to design and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems in a startup or fast-growing environment.
Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Comfort working closely with founders and cross-functional teams, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Familiarity with HR compliance, labor laws, and basic HR analytics or reporting is preferred.
