Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end GTM strategy including market research, positioning, and launch planning.
  • Lead crossfunctional execution across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Manage strategic projects from the Founder's Office with clear KPIs, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Optimize sales and revenue operations with data-driven insights and funnel improvements.
  • Collaborate on demand-gen initiatives, campaigns, partnerships, and content development.
  • Support founders with decision-making through research, analysis, and business evaluations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-7 years of experience in SaaS GTM, Founders Office, Strategy, Management Consulting, Product Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles, funnels, customer journeys, and GTM motions.
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with dashboards, metrics, and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional communication skills,written, verbal, and executive presentation.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with founder-level ownership.
