    What You'll Work On

    1. GTM & Outreach Operations

    You will support outbound and GTM execution activities such as:

    • Cold email campaign support
    • Prospect list building using Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn, and related sources
    • Lead data collection from websites, directories, LinkedIn, event portals, and scraping workflows
    • Lead enrichment and data quality maintenance
    • Outreach database hygiene
    • Event-based GTM workflows
    • Prospect Research Before reaching
    • Campaign Setup and Launch Support
    • ICP segmentation and persona tagging
    • Follow-up sequence support

    Tools You May Work With

    HubSpot · Apollo · Clay · Instantly · LinkedIn · Asana · Airtable . Zoho Table · AI prompting systems on Claude and ChatGPT · Automation workflows · Operational dashboards on Zoho Analytics

    Prior expertise in every tool is not mandatory. Curiosity and willingness to learn are non-negotiable.

    Qualification

    • Proficiency in Research, Data Analysis, and Market Insights generation
    • Organizational and Project Management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
    • An analytical mindset with an attention to detail, adaptable to fast-paced environments
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with remote communication tools
    • Preferred: Pursuing or completed a business-related degree, and having experience or coursework in Marketing, Sales, or Business Strategy
