About the Role
This role sits in the Founder's Office and works directly with the founder on marketing and go-to-market execution for the US market. This is not a strategy-only role. The focus is on doing the work end to end: research, execution, follow-ups, iteration, and learning fast.
You will help take ideas from zero to shipped. You will write, publish, coordinate, track, and improve. You will see how an early-stage B2B AI/SaaS company builds distribution, positioning, and demand from scratch.
If you are looking for clear playbooks and narrow tasks, this role will feel uncomfortable. If you enjoy ownership, learning by doing, and working closely with a founder, this will suit you well.
What You'll Do
- Work with the founder on GTM execution for the US market across content, outbound, partnerships, and campaigns
- Research ICP, personas, competitors, and messaging patterns
- Execute marketing tasks end to end: drafts, edits, publishing, follow-ups, coordination
- Support outbound and inbound efforts: email drafts, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, CRM hygiene
- Help with positioning and narrative by observing real customer conversations and feedback
- Coordinate with design, product, and engineering for GTM launches and experiments
- Track basic metrics and outcomes and help iterate based on what is working
- Handle ad-hoc founder priorities related to growth, marketing, and distribution
What We're Looking For
- 02 years of experience or a fresher with strong ownership mindset
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable writing emails, short content pieces, and structured notes
- High sincerity and follow-through. You do what you commit to
- Strong execution bias. You prefer finishing over perfecting
- Curious about AI, B2B products, startups, and go-to-market work
- Willing to learn tools & AI agents quickly
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and changing priorities
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to SaaS, startups, or B2B environments
- Experience writing or managing content, newsletters, or social posts
- Interest in marketing, growth, or founder-led sales
- Understanding of US tech or startup ecosystem
