About the Role

We are looking for a Founder's Office to work closely with the Co-founders on high-impact strategic, operational, and client-facing initiatives. This role is a unique blend of strategy, execution, and business development, making it ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen.

As a key member of the leadership team's extended arm, you will act as a force multiplier, driving critical projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution across functions.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that offers exposure across the business — from sales and client engagement to product strategy and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with Co-founders to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives across growth, sales, and operations.
  • Drive OKR planning, tracking, and execution across leadership and functional teams.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform business and product strategy.

Business Development & Sales

  • Act as a liaison between founders and key clients; manage engagement delivery and relationships.
  • Support end-to-end sales cycles — from lead identification and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and streamline scalable processes for lead generation, pipeline tracking, and client success.
  • Develop sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, case studies, and ROI models.

Data, Product & Insights

  • Leverage technical expertise to analyze business and product data; build dashboards and automate reporting.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Track key performance metrics and identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.

Operations & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and business teams.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for Board meetings, investors, and internal reviews.
  • Support fundraising efforts through financial modeling and strategic storytelling.

Qualifications Required

  • 2–3 years of pre-MBA experience in a technical role (Developer / Data Engineer).
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, MDI, or equivalent).
  • 1 year of post-MBA experience in management consulting or client-facing roles (strategy, operations, or GTM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience or strong interest in client-facing and sales environments.
  • High ownership mindset, bias for action, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

What You'll Get

  • Direct mentorship and close collaboration with Co-founders.
  • A front-row seat to the growth journey of a high-growth organization.
  • Exposure to strategy, sales, product, and operations in a tech-driven business.
  • Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives.
