What You'll Do
- Work closely with founders, lending partners, LSPs and internal Product/Engineering/Delivery teams to drive key initiatives on the FinBox platform.
- Support the onboarding and integration of partners by understanding lending workflows, APIs, and system configurations.
- Drive execution across the lifecycle of partner implementations from integration to successful go-live and early disbursals.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and partner success.
- Identify bottlenecks and build processes that improve the speed and reliability of integrations and launches.
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams to ensure high-quality execution.
Who this role is ideal for
- 23 years of experience in product, engineering, consulting, or a startup operations role.
- Strong technical curiosity comfortable understanding APIs, systems, and workflows.
- Someone who enjoys working across product, tech, and business teams.
