Supervises: May coordinate with interns, coordinators, and department executives when required.

2. Position Overview

The Founder's Office Executive is a strategic support role designed to assist the Founder in executing operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives across multiple departments within FairFinance.

This position acts as the coordination bridge between leadership and execution, ensuring that organizational priorities, strategic projects, and operational decisions are implemented effectively across departments.

The role requires individuals who have demonstrated leadership capability, business understanding, and operational discipline, particularly within financial service environments such as:

  • Loans & Credit Advisory
  • Insurance Services
  • Crypto Consulting
  • Payment Gateway Solutions
  • Wealth Management
  • Financial Compliance & Business Advisory

Candidates with experience in managing operations, leading small businesses, or holding director-level responsibilities in smaller organizations will be strongly preferred.

The Founder's Office Executive must demonstrate dedicated commitment, strategic thinking, and a strong result-driven execution mindset.

3. Key Objectives of the Role

The primary objectives of this position include:

Supporting the Founder in executing strategic decisions

Ensuring operational alignment between departments

Managing high-priority business initiatives

Assisting in the coordination of business development activities

Monitoring performance and implementation of strategic plans

This role is expected to function as a strategic executor rather than a traditional administrative assistant.

4. Core Responsibilities4.1 Strategic Support
  • Assist the Founder in planning and executing strategic business initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis related to new business opportunities.
  • Prepare strategic reports and operational summaries.
4.2 Departmental Coordination
  • Coordinate between various FairFinance departments including loans, insurance, crypto, wealth management, compliance, and payment gateway operations.
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams and leadership.

4.3 Project Management
  • Support the Founder in managing special business projects and expansion initiatives.
  • Track project timelines and progress.

4.4 Business Operations Monitoring
  • Monitor the performance of various departments.
  • Identify operational gaps and report improvement opportunities.

4.5 Documentation and Reporting
  • Prepare meeting summaries, strategic briefs, and internal reports.
  • Maintain documentation for important business activities.

4.6 Client and Partner Coordination
  • Assist in managing relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications where necessary.

6. Required Qualifications

Minimum educational qualification:

7. Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 24 years of professional experience in areas such as:

Preference will be given to individuals who have:

  • Previously worked in director-level or leadership roles in smaller companies, or
  • Managed or operated businesses similar to FairFinance service segments.

11. Bond Violation Policy

If the employee leaves the organization before completing the bond period, a financial penalty may apply.

Bond Penalty = Recruitment Cost + Training Cost + Strategic Loss Factor

12. Notice Period Requirement

Due to the strategic nature of this position, a mandatory notice period applies.

Notice Period Duration:

45 Days

Employees must provide written notice before resignation and complete proper knowledge transfer responsibilities.
