2. Position OverviewThe Founder's Office Executive is a strategic support role designed to assist the Founder in executing operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives across multiple departments within FairFinance.
This position acts as the coordination bridge between leadership and execution, ensuring that organizational priorities, strategic projects, and operational decisions are implemented effectively across departments.
The role requires individuals who have demonstrated leadership capability, business understanding, and operational discipline, particularly within financial service environments such as:
Candidates with experience in managing operations, leading small businesses, or holding director-level responsibilities in smaller organizations will be strongly preferred.
