ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our continued evolution, we are now looking to onboard a Founder's Office to work closely with the MD and the broader leadership team. This role is designed for a high-caliber individual with a background in consulting, strategy, or operations, who thrives in high-growth environments and is eager to contribute at the intersection of leadership support, business strategy, and execution excellence. The Founder's Office will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Managing Director, playing a pivotal role in executing high-priority initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. This role requires a blend of project management, strategic planning, research, and executive decision-making support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGIC & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
- Work closely with the MD to define and execute key strategic initiatives across different verticals (operations, marketing, business development, finance, etc.).
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations by conducting in-depth research and market analysis.
- Act as an execution partner for the MD, ensuring priorities are actioned and aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- Lead special projects spanning business transformation, digital initiatives, and process optimization.
PROJECT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION
- Oversee and drive alignment across operations, marketing, partnerships, and client management teams.
- Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and ensure interdepartmental efficiency in decision-making.
- Monitor project timelines, track key deliverables, and ensure accountability across teams.
- Support new business opportunities and expansion plans by conducting feasibility studies and stakeholder coordination.
RESEARCH, ANALYSIS & DECISION SUPPORT
- Gather intelligence on industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and market opportunities to shape the company's strategic direction.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and business proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage financial and operational data to provide recommendations for improving business performance.
- Ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings by synthesizing relevant information and formulating talking points.
EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Serve as a liaison between the MD and senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication and execution of strategic priorities.
- Facilitate leadership discussions, board meetings, and investor presentations with crisp insights and structured reporting.
- Drive thought leadership by collaborating with the MD on industry events, keynote speeches, and media engagements.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of professional experience with a strong foundation in strategy, corporate planning, or business operations. Prior experience in a reputable consulting firm will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a Founder's Office or Chief of Staff role is mandatory. Experience as an early-stage founder will also be considered a strong advantage.
- MBA from a Tier-1 B-school in India is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
- Ability to operate with high discretion, agility, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
