Job Description

We are hiring for a full-time Founder's Office role to join a fast-growing career consulting startup working with international students in Australia.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurgaon, but remote arrangements can be made for the right candidate.

Ideal for recent graduates (20232025 pass-outs) looking to build real startup experience.

Role Overview

You will work directly with the founder and own:

  • Student success & accountability systems
  • Program operations
  • LinkedIn & outreach support
  • Job market research (Australia)
  • CRM & tracking dashboards
  • Case studies & documentation

This is a hybrid role combining:

Operations + Customer Success + Growth Execution.

Responsibilities

Run weekly student check-ins (Zoom / WhatsApp)

Track KPIs (applications sent, outreach, interview rates)

Maintain dashboards in Google Sheets / Notion

Research Australian job market trends (IT/Data/Engineering roles)

Improve resume & outreach templates

Support LinkedIn messaging workflows

Document SOPs and optimise internal systems

Build structured trackers & execution frameworks

Required Skills

Excellent spoken & written English

Strong logical thinking

Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel

Familiar with Notion (or willing to learn fast)

Basic understanding of LinkedIn & outreach

Organized and process-oriented

High ownership mindset

Bonus if you have:

Startup / internship experience

Sales / consulting exposure

Experience managing clients or communities

Used automation or scraping tools
