Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Founder's Office role based in Mohali, Punjab. The role involves working closely with the founding team on strategic projects, including market research, operational planning, and tracking key business metrics. The team member will help structure and document processes, prepare presentations, reports, and investor or partner communication, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Daily responsibilities include problem-solving for on-ground operations, supporting tech and product teams with insights from the field, and ensuring alignment between business goals and execution. The role also requires handling special projects, managing internal and external stakeholders, and taking ownership of tasks that directly support the company's growth and impact in rural logistics.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in market research, data analysis, and business planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and stakeholder communication.
Project management skills, including ability to prioritize, multitask, and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive, ownership-driven approach and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with founders, operations teams, and technology teams, and build strong relationships with partners.
Understanding or interest in logistics, rural markets, or technology-enabled services is highly beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; relevant internships or prior startup experience is a plus.
