Intugle is a GenAI-powered platform that helps enterprise organizations to transform their legacy business applications with AI embedded intelligence.

 

The Opportunity

As we've grown, one challenge has become increasingly apparent: there are countless opportunities across customers, prospects, investors, partners, and the broader ecosystem—but only so many hours in a founder's day.

We're looking for a highly driven Founder's Office / Chief of Staff who can act as a force multiplier for the founding team by bringing structure, accountability, and execution rigor across growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and execution and wants a front-row seat to building a category-defining AI company.

 

What You'll Own

Customer & Prospect Growth

Own the execution of customer, prospect, and account nurturing initiatives. Ensure timely follow-ups, consistent engagement, and structured communication across prospects, customers, and strategic accounts. Help drive account expansion opportunities and improve overall sales velocity.

 

Sales & Growth Operations

Work closely with the founders to operationalize the sales process, maintain pipeline hygiene, track opportunities, coordinate outreach campaigns, and ensure that high-potential opportunities move through the funnel efficiently.

Be the person ensuring that no important lead, customer conversation, or opportunity falls through the cracks.

 

Marketing Execution

Partner with the marketing team to execute growth initiatives, campaigns, webinars, product launches, customer success stories, newsletters, social media content, and thought leadership programs.

Help convert strategy into consistent execution.

 

Investor Relations

Maintain ongoing engagement with current and prospective investors through structured updates on customer traction, product innovation, GTM milestones, partnerships, and business growth.

 

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

Identify, engage, and nurture strategic partnerships that can accelerate market reach, create new opportunities, and support broader customer transformation initiatives.

Drive partnership conversations from initial outreach through ongoing collaboration.

 

Community & Industry Engagement

Build and manage relationships with industry forums, startup ecosystems, technology communities, and innovation networks to increase Intugle's visibility and create opportunities for collaboration.

 

Founder Leverage & Strategic Execution

Act as an extension of the founders by driving cross-functional initiatives, tracking priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring execution momentum across the business.

Bring order to ambiguity and execution discipline to strategy.

Within the first few weeks, you will have:

Who Should Apply

  • 2-5 years of experience in startups, consulting, business operations, growth, founder's office, venture capital, or strategic roles
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and execution capabilities

  • Passionate about AI, enterprise technology, and startups
