Role Description The Founder's Office – Business Development role is a full-time, remote position working closely with the founding team to drive growth and strategic initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating partnership opportunities, conducting market and competitor research, and supporting go-to-market strategies for new features and services.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research abilities, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
• Business development and partnership skills, including lead generation, relationship management.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort working in ambiguity and contributing to founder-level decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Advanced proficiency with productivity and data tools; comfort with remote collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Interest in personal finance, investing, or fintech; experience in financial services, startups, consulting, or high-growth environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience Required: Upto 2 years
