About the Role
We are looking for a Founder's Office Associate with a strong graphic design and creative thinking background to work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives across branding, growth, marketing, operations, and execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and problem-solving, and wants exposure to how a fast-growing AI services and software company is built from the inside.
You will not have a fixed function. One week you may be designing marketing assets for a campaign, another week you may be helping improve internal workflows, supporting sales collateral, or coordinating execution across teams.
This role requires ownership, speed, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder on strategic, creative, and operational priorities
- Design marketing creatives, presentations, social media assets, sales decks, and brand materials
- Support growth initiatives across marketing, branding, partnerships, and GTM experiments
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, AI automation, design, engineering) to ensure smooth execution
- Help maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communication
- Assist in creating client proposals, pitch decks, reports, and presentations
- Research design trends, competitor positioning, and creative opportunities
- Help structure internal processes, SOPs, and creative workflows
- Track tasks, deadlines, and execution across ongoing projects
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects that directly impact growth, branding, or efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Ability to think clearly and solve ambiguous problems
- Comfortable working in fast-changing startup environments
- Basic understanding of startups, SaaS, branding, or digital services
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Notion
- Willingness to take responsibility without waiting for instructions
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for social media, branding, or marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with AI design tools, automation platforms, or no-code tools
- Exposure to startup, agency, or creator-led environments
- Basic understanding of SEO, outbound marketing, or growth systems
- Experience with client-facing communication or presentations
