Role Overview:
As a Founder's Office Associate, you work directly with the Founder to drive strategic initiatives, manage investor-facing processes, support fundraising documentation, and execute high-impact analytical and operational projects. The role is central to cross-functional problem-solving and serves as a catalyst for business growth through data-driven decision-making and structured project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fundraising & Investor Management
- Play a key role in contributing to the company's fundraising efforts through the preparation and management of:
- Pitch Decks
- Quarterly Updates
- SHA and Cap Table documentation
- Investment Questionnaires
- Maintaining and updating investor materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the Founder's strategic narrative.
- Support the Founder through data collation, performance analysis, and structured communication for investor conversations.
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives:
- Designing and executing special projects as directed by the Founder, including:
- Cashflow restructuring solutions (ongoing project).
- Structuring and executing offline sales strategy.
- Supporting cross-functional teams in monitoring execution of strategic tasks and ensuring timely closure.
- Business Operations Support
- Collaborating with leadership to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements across procurement, production, and fulfillment workflows.
- Providing analytical support for decision-making, including category growth evaluations, inventory insights, and demand planning inputs.
- Problem Solving & Strategic Execution
- Ability to diagnose operational, financial, and process-related bottlenecks using structured problem-solving.
- Designing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, reduce delays, or unlock growth opportunities
- Successful execution of Founder-led projects with adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and expected outcomes.
