Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a high-agency, execution-focused Founder's Associate to work directly with the Founder across strategic initiatives, business operations, growth priorities, cross-functional execution, and problem-solving.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, and can independently drive projects from idea to execution.

You will be expected to own outcomes, build structure where none exists, and help scale execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive founder-priority projects end-to-end across multiple business functions
  • Work closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Product, Supply Chain, and Business teams
  • Create structure, processes, trackers, and execution systems in ambiguous situations
  • Ensure strong follow-through across teams, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Identify bottlenecks proactively and solve/escalate them with urgency
  • Support strategic planning, reviews, operating cadence, and business initiatives
  • Analyze business data, dashboards, and operational metrics to derive actionable insights
  • Coordinate cross-functionally without relying on formal authority
  • Assist in execution of strategic, operational, and growth initiatives
  • Improve operational efficiency and execution velocity across the organization
  • Work directly with leadership teams on high-impact business priorities
Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Candidates from premier institutes such as Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, top business schools, or strong startup-focused academic backgrounds preferred
Experience Required
  • 1–4 years of experience

Preferred Background

Candidates from the following backgrounds will be preferred:

  • Startup ecosystem
  • D2C or consumer brands
  • E-commerce
  • Consulting
  • Growth and business operations
  • Founder's Office or strategic initiatives roles

Candidates with strong exposure to brand, consumer, marketing, or growth environments will be highly preferred.
