SoulPOP is building a new category around Micropauses—one-minute sensory rituals that help people interrupt mental loops and transition through their day with greater intention.

We're creating products, but more importantly, we're building a brand, a community, and a new way of thinking about everyday wellbeing.

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to build a consumer brand from the ground up.

About the Role

This is not a traditional Founder's Office role.

You won't spend your day managing calendars or booking travel.

You'll be the founder's execution partner—ensuring that ideas become reality and that nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll work across manufacturing, packaging, logistics, legal, finance, vendors, technology and launch operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Launch Program Management

• Own and maintain the company's master launch tracker.
• Track all cross-functional projects and timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks before they become problems.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time.

2. Vendor & Manufacturing Coordination

Coordinate with:

• Contract manufacturers
• Packaging vendors
• Printers
• Warehousing partners
• Logistics partners
• Designers
• Agencies

Ensure smooth communication and timely execution across all partners.

3. Supply Chain & Operations

Track and manage:

• Purchase orders
• Production timelines
• Packaging inventory
• Component procurement
• Finished goods
• Quality checks
• Warehouse coordination
• Inventory movement

4. Technology & Fulfilment

Coordinate with teams managing:

• Shopify
• Payment gateways
• Shiprocket
• Blue Dart
• Godamwale
• Website updates

Ensure all operational systems are functioning before launch.

5. Cross-functional Project Management

Work closely with:

• Brand
• Product
• Finance
• Legal
• Marketing

Ensure every stakeholder knows what needs to happen, by when, and who owns it.

6. Founder Support

Support the founder by:

• Preparing weekly review dashboards
• Following up on action items
• Running project meetings
• Tracking budgets
• Coordinating priorities
• Managing documentation

Your role is to increase the founder's bandwidth by ensuring execution happens smoothly.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of work experience.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Experience in operations, project management, supply chain, founder's office or D2C businesses is a strong advantage.
• Excellent proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
