About the Role

This is not an Executive Assistant role.

This is not a Personal Assistant role.

This is the Founder Office.

Your mission is simple:

Help the founder execute faster and make sure important things actually get done.

You'll work directly with the founder every day.

Some days you'll coordinate hiring.

Some days you'll solve operational problems.

Some days you'll organise travel, chase vendors, research solutions, build systems, prepare meetings, improve processes or help launch new projects.

Every day is different.

If uncertainty excites you more than it scares you, you'll probably love this role.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Working directly with the founder on day-to-day execution.
• Keeping projects moving across multiple teams.
• Following up relentlessly until work is completed.
• Managing schedules, meetings and travel.
• Researching vendors, software and business solutions.
• Coordinating hiring processes and interviews.
• Solving operational problems independently.
• Improving systems and reducing manual work.
• Preparing meeting notes and action items.
• Building simple AI-powered workflows to improve productivity.
• Ensuring nothing important falls through the cracks.

Who We're Looking For

You might be a fresh graduate.

You might have one year of experience.

You might have built side projects.

None of that matters if you don't have ownership.
