This is your first job, done differently. No endless hierarchy, no fetching coffee: you'll work directly with our Founder and COO, sit in on real decisions, and see your work turn into real clients.

Location: Mumbai

Type: Full-time, hybrid

Experience: 0-1 years; freshers and final-year students welcome; Junior-level role

Stipend / Salary: 20,000-25,000 per month + performance incentives

About our Client

Our client is a Mumbai-based floral and gifting brand, founded by a Bollywood personality. They create floral décor, large-scale installations, and curated corporate gifts for some of India's biggest companies and families. They're one year old, profitable, and scaling fast into corporate gifting. That means a small team, big clients, and a lot of room for someone new to grow quickly.

What You'll Do

You'll be the engine behind our new business. Most of your day will be spent finding and talking to potential clients.

• Research companies, admin teams, event planners, and brands that buy corporate gifts.
• Reach out to them through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn (yes, a lot of calls).
• Set up meetings between interested clients and our Founder, and sit in on them to learn how deals are closed.
• Follow up with leads and keep our client tracker up to date.
• Spot trends in what clients want, especially around festive gifting seasons.
• Pitch in on special projects across the business with the Founder and COO.

Your main goal: set up at least 2 qualified client meetings every week.

You'll Fit Right In If You

• Are a recent graduate or in your final year (BMS, BBA, BCom, mass media, or any stream).
• Love talking to people and don't get rattled by a no.
• Are hungry to learn, earn, and figure things out fast.
• Are organized and follow through without being chased.
• Speak confident English; Hindi or other regional languages are a plus.
• Are comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel.

No prior experience needed. College fests, internships, a side hustle, or anything where you had to convince people counts.
