SuperProfile is an all-in-one platform for creator monetization, with 200K+ creators active and 30 Cr+ generated for creators on the platform annually. We are backed by investors including Rannvijay Singha.

About the role

We're building the content presence of SuperProfile's founding team from scratch across newsletters, LinkedIn, X, and podcast appearances. You'll be working directly with the founders and senior team members to keep the content engine running.

The work is early stage. There's no established playbook yet. We're figuring it out as we go, and you'll be part of that process.

What you'll do

Content production

Take edited drafts and prepare them for publishing – formatting, copy-editing, scheduling

Manage a newsletter end-to-end: layout, send, basic performance tracking

Post and cross-post content across LinkedIn and X

Engagement & community

Build and maintain a list of high-priority accounts to engage with consistently

Handle daily commenting and replies across platforms

Podcast outreach

Research and build a list of relevant podcasts

Handle outreach emails and follow-ups

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for confirmed appearances

Who we're looking for

0–2 years of experience, or a fresher with strong writing instincts

Can write clearly – not fancy, just clean and direct

Curious about startups and the investor ecosystem

Comfortable with ambiguity – this role involves figuring things out, not following a set process

Familiar with LinkedIn, X, and at least one newsletter tool (Beehiiv, Substack, or similar)

Delhi NCR based, available to come into our Gurgaon office 6 days a week

What this role is not

A content strategy role – the narrative direction is owned by the founding team

A social media management role for a brand – this is founder-facing, personal content

A high-volume production job – quality and consistency matter more than output volume
