Role Overview
This is a high-impact role at the heart of Goodside Beauty. You will work directly with the Founder, moving seamlessly between strategy, execution, and creative building. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love building brands from day one, and want real ownership - not observation - this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on daily priorities across brand, launch, and operations
- Create and coordinate creative assets (video and statics) for social media, campaigns, and launches using AI tools (Nano Banana etc.), Adobe photoshop, Canva etc.
- Prepare decks, trackers, briefs, and internal documentation
- Support strategy-to-execution across marketing, content, partnerships, and growth
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, agencies, and internal teams
- Track timelines, follow-ups, and ensure things actually get done
Ideal Candidate Characteristics
- Deep interest in startups, current beauty landscape, branding, and building from scratch
- Hands-on with tools like Canva / Adobe / Figma, and Excel / PPT / Google Workspace / Design oriented AI Tools
- High energy, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong creative sensibility with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail
- Structured thinker who can also move fast and execute independently
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching contexts quickly
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
