About the Role
Most internships give you tasks. This one gives you responsibility.
You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO, sitting in on client meetings, owning projects, and being a real presence in the business. If you're someone who takes initiative, gets things done without hand-holding, and genuinely wants to learn how a business is built and run, this role was made for you.
Real clients, real work, real exposure. From Day 1.
What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Tracking timelines and deliverables across projects
- Spotting problems early and solving them independently
- Whatever else needs to get done; this role has no fixed walls
You're the Right Fit If You

- Are naturally curious - you ask why, not just how
- Can hold a room; whether it's clients, vendors, or internal teams
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, in person and in writing
- Have strong research and analytical skills; you can dig deep and present it clearly
- Are detail-oriented and reliable. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
- Thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Are hungry to learn, not for the certificate, but for the actual knowledge
- Don't need to be micromanaged or told the same thing twice
- Know how to handle confidential information with discretion
- Are genuinely into pop culture, films, creators, and digital media
- Are proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office and open to picking up new tools
What You'll Walk Away With
- Real-world business exposure that most people take years to get

- Hands-on client interaction from early on
- A deep understanding of how a marketing and communications agency actually operates
- Unpaid internship with a strong Letter of Recommendation
- Performance-based compensation after the initial period
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) if you truly own it
Note: This is an unpaid internship.
