Founder's Executive - Technology & Operations

We're building a large-scale recycling platform focused on recovering maximum value from end-of-life materials. You'll work directly with the founders to develop the technology and turn it into a commercially scalable operation.

Role

•⁠ ⁠Work directly with the founders on technology and operations

•⁠ ⁠Develop and improve material recovery processes

•⁠ ⁠Work across mechanical, thermal, and chemical processes

•⁠ ⁠Take processes from lab → pilot → commercial plant

•⁠ ⁠Improve recovery, purity, efficiency, and cost

•⁠ ⁠Work with machinery and technology vendors

•⁠ ⁠Support plant design, commissioning, and operations

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot technical and operational problems

•⁠ ⁠Help build SOPs and improve day-to-day plant performance

•⁠ ⁠Research and develop new ways to recover valuable materials

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field

•⁠ ⁠Preferably 3+ years of experience in e-waste, recycling, resource recovery, or related industries

•⁠ ⁠Experience with hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, or separation processes

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with pilot plants, process design, or plant operations

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with vendors, machines, and plant teams

•⁠ ⁠High ownership and willingness to work in a fast-moving startup environment

•⁠ ⁠Preference will be given to candidates from top-tier engineering institutes and colleges

Ideal Candidate

An engineer + operator who can understand the technology, solve problems on the ground, and work directly with the founders to build and scale the plant.
