Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

Type: Full-Time (1-Year Lock-In) / Part-Time (6-Month Minimum Lock-In)

Experience Level: 0–1 year of experience (Open to fresh graduates, final-year students with flexible schedules, or early-career operators who just know how to execute)

Compensation:

• Full-Time: ₹10,000 per month (salary hike + ESOP options pool granted upon extending beyond the 1-year lock-in)
• Part-Time: ₹5,000 per month

The Vibe Check

At Zoove Space, we are engineering in-orbit wireless power charging systems and AI vision tech to give spacecraft continuous energy and autonomy in Lower Earth Orbit (LEO). We are incubated under the AIC T-Hub SpaceTech Cohort and are solving actual physics and engineering bottlenecks in deep tech.

We need a high-agency Founder's Associate to act as our operational right hand.

This is a zero-fluff, real-world experience to see a company being built from scratch. You will run the entire internal engine. No task is too strategic and no task is too small. One hour you'll be talking space tech with engineers and the next you'll be fixing an admin or finance tracker. The Setup & Commitment

You'll have the flexibility to work from home for deep, focused execution but you must be based in Bengaluru to sync up for collaborative whiteboarding, laboratory sprints, team strategy sessions and ecosystem events.

Because continuity matters in deep tech, we require a firm commitment:

• Full-Time Track: 1-year minimum lock-in period. Staying with us past the 1-year mark unlocks access to our ESOP (Equity) program.
• Part-Time Track: 6-month minimum lock-in period.

What You'll Actually Do (The Scope)

No day is the same. But an overview of what you will begin with:

• People & HR Admin: Draft offer letters, consultant contracts, and NDAs. Keep our onboarding smooth so new engineering hires can hit the ground running.
• The Money & Compliance Stuff: Be the main bridge between us and our Chartered Accountant (CA) for monthly tax filings. You'll own expense tracking, vendor invoices, and make sure salary disbursements hit on time.
• Founder Leverage & Logistics: Keep the founders organized. You'll own calendar management, map out domestic/international travel, book flights, and make sure meetings run seamlessly.
• Pipeline & Relationship Tracking: Keep our CRM and communication logs clean. You will maintain clear tracks on email chains and calls with investors, potential hires, and space-tech customers.
• Ecosystem Networking: Show up and represent Zoove Space at startup mixers, aerospace conferences, and ecosystem events. You'll network on our behalf and bring high-value leads back to the team.
• Ad-Hoc Chaos Management: Handle whatever random bottlenecks pop up. Need to source a hyper-specific hardware component, clear customs for an import, or plan a team dinner You figure it out from scratch.

Let's be entirely real: a massive chunk of this role involves repetitive, unglamorous administration. We don't expect you to think data entry or tracking down invoices is fun, but we do need someone who understands that this mundane work is the absolute bedrock that keeps a deep-tech company alive and growing.

You are a fit if:

• You Don't Flinch at Repetitive Tasks: You don't get overwhelmed by formatting expense sheets, chasing a CA for monthly filings, or cleaning up data rooms. You just execute them accurately and flawlessly.
• You Have Real High Agency: You don't need your hand held. If a flight gets canceled, a meeting clashes, or a contract template needs a revision, your instinct is to look up solutions and fix it before anyone asks.
• You are Tech-Curious: You don't need an aerospace engineering degree, but you must want to learn the language of deep tech. Understanding the engineering helps you understand why your administrative support is so critical.
• You are Locked-In on Discretion: You will handle highly sensitive data, including salaries, investor terms, cap tables, and intellectual property. Absolute trust and privacy are non-negotiable.
