THE ROLE
Think of this like being the navigator in a Formula 1 car — you're not the one driving, but without you, the driver doesn't know which turn is coming, where to push, or where the gaps are. You'll work directly with the founders across strategy, operations, and special projects — wherever there's the most leverage, you'll be

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
•Strategic projects. Research, size, and structure the decisions founders need to make — from new channels to category expansion.
•Operational rhythm. Drive weekly reviews, track key initiatives, and ensure cross-team alignment so nothing falls through the cracks.
•Cross-functional execution. Be the connective tissue between product, marketing, supply chain, and growth — translating founder intent into action.
•Business intelligence. Build dashboards, synthesize data, and surface insights before the founders have to ask for them.
•Stakeholder management. Manage relationships with investors, partners, and vendors — with clarity and follow-through.
•Special bets. Own select high-priority projects end-to-end, from zero-to-one pilots to evaluating new opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•Sharp, structured thinker. You break ambiguous problems into clear frameworks, and your memos make founders feel like they've already thought it through.
•Relentless executor. You don't wait for perfect conditions. You move, iterate, and close loops — even on the hard stuff.
•Excellent communicator. In a deck, a Slack message, or a room full of people — you communicate with clarity and confidence at every level.
•High ownership, low ego. You'll do whatever the mission needs — including the unglamorous parts — and you take accountability seriously.
BACKGROUND
•1–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, or generalist role
•Strong with data and spreadsheets
•Experience owning cross-functional projects independently
•D2C or consumer brand exposure is a plus
