Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar leadership role at reputed CBSE schools .
- At least 10 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level .
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff effectively.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Qualification
- Masters Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
