Role: Founder's Office
This is not a traditional role. You'll work directly with the founders across product, growth, operations, and strategy.

What You'll Do
- Work on 0→1 and 1→10 problem statements across business lines
- Drive product-led growth initiatives and experiments
- Solve cross-functional problems spanning product, ops, partnerships, and analytics
- Build processes from scratch and scale what works
- Act as a force multiplier for the founders
Who We're Looking For
- Jack of all trades, with a strong bias towards tech and product thinking
- A Jombie – someone who can operate across time zones and doesn't wait for instructions
- Strong context switcher – able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping quality
- 4–5 years of experience, preferably with an MBA from IIM
- Fintech experience (2+ years) is strongly preferred
- High ownership, high curiosity, and high execution speed
Compensation
- No fixed cap — we're willing to pay top-of-market for the right candidate
