The Role: Program Manager (Product + GTM)
This is not a strategy-only role. This is a high-ownership execution + product operator role where you will:
- Run 0- 1 / 1- N programs that connect product building with growth & customer acquisition
- Break ambiguity into structure: problem - plan - milestones - measurable outcomes
- Execute relentlessly (not by delegating everything)
- Own outcomes end-to-end across Product, Growth Marketing, Sales/RevOps, and Partnerships
- You'll work closely with the Founder/CEO/Function Heads, and will be accountable for business impact, not activity.
What You'll Own:
1) Product Program Ownership (Core):
- Own mission-critical product programs: new modules/features, integrations, onboarding flows, analytics, reliability initiatives, internal tooling.
- Translate business/GTM needs into crisp product requirements and execution plans.
- Drive execution across Product/Engineering/Design with tight timelines and high quality.
Ensure shipping isn't just done - it's adopted and creates measurable impact.
2) Growth Marketing + Customer Acquisition Programs:
- Run growth initiatives that move acquisition and activation: landing pages, lead magnets, - outbound/ABM experiments, performance marketing pilots (as relevant), website conversion improvements.
- Partner with Growth/Marketing to define funnels, experiments, success metrics, and iteration cadence.
- Build repeatable playbooks for what works (not one-off hacks).
3) GTM Enablement + Revenue Programs:
- Own cross-functional GTM programs: funnel efficiency, lead qualification, pipeline hygiene, pricing/packaging experiments, sales productivity, partnerships motions.
- Work with Sales/RevOps to improve conversion, cycle time, win-rates, and expansion plays.
- Ensure GTM decisions are backed by data and executed with discipline.
4) Cross-Functional Execution & Cadence:
- Run cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, Ops, and People.
- Set clear owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, and decision points.
- Unblock teams, drive follow-through, and keep programs moving without drama.
5) Data, Metrics & Operating Rhythm:
- Build simple, powerful dashboards (MIS) for leadership - no vanity metrics.
- Own weekly/monthly reviews: insights, decisions, action items, and closure.
- Turn data into clear narratives: what changed, why, what we do next.
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables):
1) You're a Strong Operator:
- You execute extremely well and finish what you start.
- You're comfortable in ambiguity and can independently figure things out.
- You push projects to completion with high standards.
2) You're Structured & Rigorous:
- You think in outcomes, priorities, trade-offs, and milestones.
- You bring order to chaos without over-engineering.
- You communicate crisply and drive alignment.
3) You're Outcome-Driven:
- You measure success in results, not effort.
- You build momentum, show progress, and make impact visible.
- You proactively take ownership - you don't wait to be told.
Experience & Background:
1-4 years of experience in one or more of:
- Product programs
- Growth teams / Growth marketing ops
- Consulting with strong execution exposure
- Startup operator roles where you shipped cross-functional outcomes
Education
- B.Tech + MBA (preferred / strongly aligned)
- Strong comfort with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and first-principles problem solving
- High learning velocity; able to context-switch across product + GTM without losing depth
