We're Hiring: Founder's Office Intern – LinkedIn Growth & AI Research (Hybrid - Delhi NCR)-

We're looking for a sharp intern to join my Founder's Office forgrowing startup operating which is at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and the Pharmaceutical industry, working alongside a diverse, cross-cultural team spanning multiple geographies.

Your core mission Partner directly with founder to crack the code toscale my personal LinkedIn presence to build global industry authority. AI-driven B2B lead generation, execute deep industry research.

This is not a traditional copywriting or social media role. You will be experimenting with the latest AI tools and learning the inner workings of building a global tech startup from the ground up.

Role Details:

• Position: Founder's Office Intern ( Growth & AI Research)
• Type: Hybrid (Delhi NCR) – Strategy day in person, flexible remote days.(Malviya Nagar)
• Stipend: Unpaid
• Duration: 3 to 6 months

What You Will Do:

• Founder's Brand First: Write, curate, and optimize high-value content to rapidly scale personal LinkedIn account and build industry authority.
• Lead Generation: Build and execute targeted outbound strategies on LinkedIn to open doors with global healthcare and pharma clients.
• AI-Powered Research: Constantly scout, test, and implement new AI-based tools specifically built for LinkedIn formatting, scheduling, data scraping, and automation.
• Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with our international team members to align global messaging.

Who You Are:

• Based in South Delhi and available for a hybrid workspace.
• An exceptional researcher who knows how to deeply prompt and leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)—not just copy-paste generic text.
• Adaptable and possess a high EQ, capable of communicating effectively across a cross-cultural team.
• A clear, structured writer who can capture the authentic voice of a tech founder.
• Commitment: Candidates should be able to dedicate consistent time to assigned responsibilities and meet agreed deadlines.
• Learning Environment: Hands-on, execution-oriented, and feedback-driven.
