After the closure of Assembly, the team's collaborative spirit and dedication to producing exceptional, award-winning work inspired the creation of Mosaic Studios. The studio builds upon a legacy of innovation and high-quality visual effects, striving to push creative boundaries while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork and passion for the craft.

This is a full-time on-site role for the Founder at Mosaic Studios, located in Pune Division. The Founder will be responsible for leading the strategic vision and overall growth of the company. Responsibilities include fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity, driving innovation in visual effects, building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing project development, managing financial health, and ensuring industry-leading technical and creative standards. This leadership role requires overseeing internal operations, managing teams, and participating in high-level decision-making to uphold the studio's reputation for excellence.

• Extensive experience and proven expertise in Visual Effects, Post-Production, and Creative Direction
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and oversee multiple projects
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and business strategy
• Proficiency in industry-standard VFX software and tools is an advantage
• Ability to innovate and stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the visual effects industry
• Previous experience in founding or managing a creative studio is a significant plus
• Passion for inspiring and mentoring creative and technical talent
