Job Description

Finsmart Accounting is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused professional to lead Founder Branding, Community Engagement, Content Coordination, and Strategic Partnerships initiatives.

This role will help strengthen the Finsmart brand through LinkedIn, webinars, podcasts, conferences, influencer collaborations, community relationships, and ecosystem partnerships.

This is not a traditional social media or marketing role. The position requires strong ownership, relationship management, coordination, and execution capabilities.

Location & Working Model

  • Location: Pune
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
  • Shift Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

  • Founder Branding & LinkedIn Management
  • Manage and grow the Founder's LinkedIn presence
  • Coordinate thought leadership content and posting calendars
  • Convert founder insights into professional content formats
  • Coordinate short-form content, webinar snippets, and conference highlights
  • Ensure consistency in communication tone and brand positioning

Community & Ecosystem Partnerships

  • Build and nurture relationships with accounting influencers, podcast hosts, app partners, conference organizers, and industry communities
  • Coordinate collaborations, webinars, podcast appearances, and networking initiatives
  • Support ecosystem-building and strategic partnership initiatives

Webinar & Podcast Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end webinar and podcast execution
  • Manage guest communication, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate webinar promotions and post-event content repurposing

Conference & Event Coordination

  • Support conference planning and networking coordination
  • Coordinate speaking opportunities and event communication
  • Manage relationship follow-ups and engagement activities

Content Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with designers, editors, freelancers, agencies, and content partners
  • Manage execution timelines and publishing workflows
  • Ensure smooth coordination across multiple initiatives and channels

Relationship Management & Follow-Through

  • Maintain partner, influencer, and networking trackers
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups
  • Build strong professional relationships across the ecosystem
  • Bring execution discipline and responsiveness into ongoing initiatives

Ideal Candidate

  • 4–8 years of experience in founder branding, community building, partnerships, content coordination, B2B marketing, or ecosystem engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong ownership mindset and execution discipline
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong coordination and project management skills

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional social media ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage content calendars and execution workflows
  • Strong follow-through and responsiveness
  • Ability to coordinate webinars, podcasts, partnerships, and community initiatives simultaneously
  • Good content and aesthetic judgment
  • Comfortable using productivity, collaboration, and AI-assisted tools
