Job Description

I'm hiring my first Founder Associate at Outmate.

Not a coordinator. Not an EA. Not an all-rounder.

A co-pilot.

Someone who sits next to the founder seat owns chaos, kills blockers, runs experiments, and makes the machine move faster.

Here's the honest version of this role:

What you'll actually do: Run GTM experiments before we have a playbook Own research, outreach coordination, and follow-through Build systems so things don't break when I stop watching Jump between strategy and execution in the same afternoon Turn 1-hour founder conversations into 10-page operating docs

What this isn't: A 95 A role with clean scope A stepping stone to I want to be in marketing eventually

Who I'm looking for:

You've probably been the person in your last job who was doing more than your title said. You fixed things without being asked. You over-communicated. You had opinions and backed them with logic.

You're obsessed with how GTM actually works not in theory, in the real world where buyers are skeptical and inboxes are full.

You know what Outmate is building. You understand why agentic GTM is the next shift. And you want to be inside it from day one.
