Position Purpose
As a FOS you will play a strategic role in the Builder Relationship team within the open market of your designated geography or area. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new projects, manage builder relationships, approve projects, and focus on Housing Loan and Secured Loan products (LAP). You will provide valuable insights for business growth, establish financial objectives, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your efforts will be critical in the growth of the Home Loan business and financial success in alignment with the company's growth plans.
Educational Qualification
The candidate must hold any graduation from a university recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.
Experience
He should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the banking / financial services sector with at least 2+ years of experience in the field of Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loan & Secured loans (LAP). Specially in builder market
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify New Builder Projects
Relationship Management
Project Approval
- Actively search for and identify potential new projects within the assigned geography/area.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective projects.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with builders and developers.
- Liaison with TOP builder projects of the Location
- Act as the primary point of contact for builders, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular meetings with builders to understand their project plans and financial requirements.
- Visiting approved project sites on regular basis for organising camps / activity on holidays for lead generation.
- Evaluate and approve projects for funding based on established criteria and due diligence.
- Familiar on Legal and Technical documentation and process of the location.
- Coordinate with the underwriting / processing team to ensure timely project approvals.
