Forward Deployed GTM Solutions Architect

Agent22 builds custom AI systems for go-to-market teams. We work with sales and revenue leaders who have a real problem: stalled pipeline, ramp time, outreach at scale and we build the system that solvesit.

As a Forward Deployed GTM Solutions Architect, you're the person who sits closest to the client. You run discovery, translate the problem into a technical design, and own the spec from brief to handoff. You'll work directly alongside the founding team on a project basis.

What you'll do

- Lead discovery sessions with revenue leaders and rev ops teams

- Produce architecture documents, scope definitions, and technical proposals

- Design AI systems that fit inside existing GTM stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach)

- Design and Development of Automated GTM workflows

- QA delivered systems against the original brief before client handoff

- Occasionally contribute to scoping posts and thought leadership

What you bring

- A hands-on background in engineering or revenue operations, you've built things or run systems, not just advised on them

- Fluency in GTM workflows: pipeline stages, CRM data models, sales cycles, outreach sequencing

- The ability to engineer production ready end to end GTM automation workflows.

- Comfort working async with a small, distributed team

- Strong communication: you can run a C-suite discovery call and write a clean architecture doc in the same week

What this isn't

- A full-time role. This is project-based contract work

- A management role. You're in the work, not above it
