Experience: Freshers (2023-2026 Passouts) to 5 yrs experience.

Education (Mandatory): B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) from IITs only

Job Summary-

We are looking for highly talented IIT CSE graduates (Freshers and Experienced Professionals) to join our Central Digital Team as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). In this role, you will work directly with business units to build, deploy, and scale impactful digital and AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in driving technology-led transformation across the organization.

You wont just ship code you will shape outcomes.

Key Responsibilities--

Embedded Co-Creation

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with group company teams on-site to co-create digital and AI-powered solutions.
• Act as the technical face of the central team in front of business and product stakeholders.

Build & Deploy

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade software, data pipelines, APIs, or AI models tailored to business-unit needs.
• Extend or customize central platforms and toolkits for local scalability and usability.
• Give ideas for accelerators to be used by others

Problem Framing & Solution Design

• Understand ambiguous business problems, rapidly frame hypotheses, and propose actionable technical solutions.
• Conduct working sessions with cross-functional teams (supply chain, stores, finance, ops).

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) from IITs only.
• Freshers with strong internships/projects or professionals with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in SDLC including Design, Developement and deploying applications in production.
• Strong coding skills in general-purpose language Python.
• Exposure to deploying real-world systems (microservices, event-driven architectures, ML models, etc.).
• Ability to think from first principles and explain complex systems simply.
• Experience in taking AI systems to production
