About the role

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead customer-facing technical

implementations and deliver robust AI-powered solutions. You will shape implementation

approaches, guide technical decisions, own complex integrations, and work across customer,

product, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and translate business needs into solution designs and delivery plans.

• Own the build, customization, integration, and deployment of AI-powered applications and

workflows.

• Design and deliver complex API, database, and third-party platform integrations.

• Develop and review backend services and automation workflows for reliability and

maintainability.

• Lead troubleshooting of complex technical issues and improve application performance and

stability.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to inform product improvements using customer and implementation feedback.

• Guide customer onboarding and implementation delivery, and mentor teammates where

appropriate.

Required Skills

• Advanced hands-on programming skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Strong experience with APIs, backend systems, databases, and production integrations.

• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative engineering practices.

• Applied experience building AI/LLM-enabled applications.

• Strong technical problem-solving, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration

skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and application deployment.

• Exposure to customer-facing engineering or technical consulting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent

professional experience. Candidates should demonstrate substantial hands-on engineering

experience and ownership of customer-facing technical implementations.
