Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Description
Work on production-grade Voice AI systems used by real customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer impact—focused on solving real-world problems and turning them into scalable solutions.
What you'll do:
- Build AI workflows, integrations, and tooling
- Work with LLMs, prompts, and RAG systems
- Write production-quality code (Python / JavaScript)
- Turn customer-driven solutions into reusable product capabilities
What you won't do:
- Customer calls or account ownership
- Repetitive support work
This is not solutions engineering. Success is measured by long-term leverage, not quick fixes.
